4:50. We couldn't have had better conditions to run in out here. Todd G = 4:42 (7th). Joe Z = 4:49. Not sure who won, but it was somewhere in the 4:12 range.
Winner was Kevin Koch of Grand Junction, one of our top local guys who was a dark horse to win, and executed a great race. Congratulations on your race! Quite speedy! It was certainly a beautiful day out there. (I'm not speedy...was enjoying the course for close to seven hours.)
Aaron - Thanks. We missed you out there! I can't tell you how nice it was not to have that crazy wind we battled last year.
Jim - we missed you too. I should get a report out soon, so you'll see how I had a little help from my friends out there.
TMR - I'll have to keep a lookout for Kevin at other races. He really rocked that course! Congrats on a great day out there. Hey - not a bad place to hang out for 7 hours soaking in the scenery!
MU - We ended leaving on Sunday despite having plans to play in Moab all day. What a contrast of weather between Saturday & Sunday. Hopefully, we'll get out there next year - if not sooner!

Awesome job! We sure had great weather didn't we? You and I were not so far apart...but probably far enough to not have run together :) Awesome work!!
